About us
Hands-on Learning
Put down the iPad and bring your 4-12 year-old child to a non-digital, hands-on fossil frenzy of dinosaur learning. There is no substitute for the experience of touching, smelling (tasting not recommended) and talking about the real thing in person.
On top of that, they’ll be doing it in a fun social setting with their peers and a enthusiastic dinosaur expert (who’ll answer all those burning dinosaur questions). The fossils are real, but we won’t tell you what they are; it’s up to the kids to figure it out!

Learning Objectives
1. ENTERTAINMENT AND FUN
We aim to provide an immersive and fun experience, even for those who’ve not expressed interest.
2. LEARN
Students will learn these broad concepts in the natural sciences:
- Fossilization and geology
- Basic rules for identifying fossils
- Evolution and extinction
- Mind-blowing facts about specific extinct animals and how we’re connected to them today
- Where to find living dinosaurs
3. PHYSICALLY INTERACT WITH OBJECTS AND SOCIALIZE
Afford students the opportunity to pick up and appraise real but mysterious fossils together in a structured environment free of digital screens or interfaces.
4. SPARK INTEREST TO KEEP LEARNING
Amaze students, encouraging further learning and provide additional resources to keep going.
